Add documentation for the recently added Anthropic Claude Partner Node (ComfyUI PR #13867, commit b94941d8).

• Step-by-step workflow guide referencing the existing template at templates/api_anthropic_claude.json
• Configuration notes (max_tokens, temperature, seed, system_prompt)

Note: This PR does not include the step guide screenshot placeholder. The image path images/tutorial/api_nodes/anthropic/claude_step_guide.jpg is not referenced in the current version.
